The private roof terrace with lounge, dining room, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and refreshing shower is undoubtedly the favorite place of most visitors! The south-west orientation guarantees sunshine on all three terraces. Underground there is a private garage. The ground floor consists of a spacious dining room and living room with leather sofas and smart LED TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, separate guest toilet and pantry. From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace with access to the beautiful private garden where you can sunbathe and the children can play outside. Marbella Senses is at a top location on the famous Golden Mile of Marbella, the place to be when you are in Marbella. Only five minutes walk to the beach at the Puente Romano Hotel, from where the Paseo Maritimo extends to the right up to Puerto Banús, and to the left into the center of Marbella. Within walking distance of the house you will find many fine restaurants, as well as shops, beach bars and shopping centers.
